ECHA has released this promotional video to spread the word about introduction of new signs and warnings for chemical substances (reference to CLP regulation). In fact new pictograms were gradually introduced starting from 1 December 2010. Yet, starting from 1 June 2017 the old symbols – black drawings on orange backgrounds such as this one: 
are to be fully withdrawn.
